- Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload and sell any images.
- ReliveTheAction is not liable for any copyright violations by user-uploaded content.
- Photos may contain identifiable individuals; users must respect privacy when sharing images.
4. Prohibited Activities
- No unauthorized commercial use of downloaded images.
- No illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities on the platform.
5. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReliveTheAction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
